It has been over a decade since I created the initial web site. So, it's time for an update.  These new pages will be in development and more than likely fluctuate a great deal over the next few weeks, maybe months.  Please be patient and let me know if you run into problems.

Many folks seem to like the webcam on the bay.  Especially when we were having bad weather.  So, I have included that below.
